The Director of Operations and Admissions overseas the business office operations, including HR, financial aid and admissions. He implements policies and procedures in accounting and finance to improve the financial aspects of North America Technical Institute ESL (NATI ESL) program. The Campus Director of Operations and Admissions prepares the school’s budget, overseas annual audits and the process of opening new campuses. He is responsible for the direct management of the campus, including the Admissions Office, Business Office and Administrative Support Staff. Responsible for all associated new domestic and international student recruitment, enrollment and operational activities. Serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) for international students and liaison with the other departments. Works hand in hand with the Senior Leadership and Administrators team to manage new student enrollment and ensure achievement of all performance objectives. He serves on the Senior Leadership and Administrators team and reports directly to the Executive Director.
