North America Technical Institute ESL (NATI ESL) is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Capitol Technology University. This partnership establishes a formal academic pathway that supports NATI ESL students in transitioning into Capitol Technology University degree programs.

Students who successfully complete NATI ESL (ESL 702 or higher) fulfill ETSU’s English proficiency requirement and become eligible to apply for a special tuition rate of $360 per credit hour for in-person undergraduate programs and asynchronous online courses, a 20% discount on Master’s and Doctoral programs.

This agreement reflects both institutions’ shared commitment to student success and expanded access to higher education in the United States.
